CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE EVEN IF I AM NOT A CATERER OR RESTAURANT OWNER?

Whether you’re a professional in the foodservice industry or a homeowner looking for quality kitchen equipment, you’re welcome to browse, sign up, and take advantage of our wide selection, promotions, and sales.
I WANT TO BUY A PRODUCT ONLINE, BUT I DON'T WANT TO PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES. CAN I PICK UP THE PRODUCT FROM THE STORE MYSELF?
Yes! In addition to FedEx delivery options, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our warehouses: 1375 Louvain O., Montreal or 710 Bouvier, Local 114, Quebec City. Some products are available only for in-store pickup — please check the product description for details. If your cart includes both shippable and pickup-only items, shipping fees will only apply to the items being shipped. Pickup-only products never add extra delivery charges.
WHY SOME PRODUCTS THAT I KNOW ARE AVAILABLE IN STORE DO NOT APPEAR ON THE WEBSITE?
Our website features a wide selection of top-quality brands like Victorinox, Vollrath, Libbey, and Steelite, and more but not all of our in-store products are online yet. We’re continually adding to our catalog to make more items available. WHY DOES TZANET OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75 ON THE WEBSITE AND NOT FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES?
Although Tzanet offers the same product pricing online and in-store, you should be aware that shipping processes differ, especially for heavy units and equipment. Online orders are subject to free shipping over $99 because no auxiliary service is included, given that the shipping is usually carried out using the FedEx carrier. Consequently, the deliveries will most likely be left at the door. By contrast, warehouse purchases will include orders transported to the location, carried inside the house or restaurant, unpacked, and placed at the preferred site with all the minor installation required. Note that Tzanet does not carry out full installations of equipment items. As such, additional shipping and handling fees will be associated to warehouse purchases as to cover the transportation, unpackaging, and placement of items at the preferred location or site. We invite you, while purchasing equipment or heavy units in-store, to contact us using the contact us email form to get a shipping quote for your equipment purchases.
WILL TZANET EVER CONTACT ME DIRECTLY BY PHONE?
Yes. We may call you if there are delivery or payment issues, or when you purchase large equipment (like refrigerators, grills, or coolers). That’s why it’s important to provide a valid phone number when you register.
